Therapy Services
Individualized Therapy Rooted in Compassion, Connection, and Care
At Good Grief Wellness, we offer personalized therapy sessions designed to meet you where you are—with tenderness, intention, and expertise. Life’s transitions aren’t meant to be faced alone. Whether you’re navigating grief, caring for a loved one, or sitting with your own emotional overwhelm, we provide a space that is gentle, inclusive, and deeply attuned to your needs.
All counseling sessions and grief support groups are facilitated by Tracy Nall, LPCC. Tracy holds a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and carries specialized training in grief, death, dying, caregiver support.
Her lived experiences with complex trauma and compounded grief are the bedrock for her purpose- driven work. She applies interventions from Contemplative Psychology, Positive Psychology, Gestalt theories, somatic and mindfulness- based practices. She constantly continues her training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma- informed care.
This quote from Carl Jung resonates with Tracy deeply in her work with human beings; “Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul.”
Our Therapeutic Approach
Our practice is rooted in:
-
Contemplative Psychotherapy: Mindfulness-based therapy that emphasizes presence, awareness, and radical compassion.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS): A powerful model that explores the “parts” within us—helping clients build healthier internal relationships and access their inner wisdom.
-
Positive Psychology: Helping clients connect with strengths, gratitude, joy, and purpose, even in the midst of pain.
We center cultural humility, LGBTQIA+ inclusivity, and trauma-informed care in everything we do. You are welcome here, just as you are.
Individual Therapy Sessions

Every therapy session is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Our work together is grounded in respect and curiosity—not diagnosis or “fixing.” Sessions are collaborative, client-led, and adapted to your personal goals and emotional landscape.

End of Life Support
We offer compassionate counseling for individuals facing their own mortality, navigating terminal diagnoses, or seeking meaning in the final chapters of life. We also support loved ones walking this path beside them.
Drawing from Tracy’s work as a certified death doula, this service integrates practical planning with emotional care and spiritual support.
