A Space to Grieve. Strength to Heal.
About Good Grief Wellness
At Good Grief Wellness, we believe healing is a deeply personal process—and no two paths are the same. Founded by therapist and death doula Tracy Nall, LPCC, our practice is devoted to creating an inclusive, nurturing space for people moving through life’s most tender transitions.
We specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief, caregiving, burnout, and end-of-life experiences with intention, cultural humility, and compassion. Whether you are mourning a loss, holding space for someone else's final chapter, or simply longing for grounding in the midst of change, you're welcome here.

Mission
To offer trauma-informed, culturally competent therapy and support services that empower individuals to move through grief, transitions, and emotional overwhelm with compassion, clarity, and connection.
We exist to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and gently guided—not “fixed.” We walk with you as you reconnect with your sense of purpose, possibility, and wholeness.

Core Values
Compassion with Curiosity
We lead with empathy, not assumptions. Every story matters, and every feeling has space here.
Cultural Competency & Inclusivity
We serve a beautifully diverse range of clients and are committed to affirming care for queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC, and historically marginalized individuals.
Authenticity & Vulnerability
We honor the power of being real. No masks required—just presence, honesty, and deep listening.
Mindful Presence
Inspired by contemplative psychotherapy, our work is rooted in slowing down, turning inward, and noticing what needs care.
Growth that’s Sustainable
We don’t believe in quick fixes. We support long-term healing through intentional practices and steady support.

What Makes Us Different
Good Grief Wellness doesn’t do “one-size-fits-all” therapy. Our work is gentle but powerful—infused with ritual, reflection, and relational care. We hold space for humor and heartache, tears and tenderness. This is a place where grief can coexist with joy, and where clients are encouraged to come exactly as they are.
Whether you're joining us in person at our office in Denver, or connecting through virtual telehealth sessions, we are honored to walk beside you.
