WORK WITH TRACY

Find support for the season you're in.

There isn't one way to experience grief, change, or transition and you don't need to have the perfect words for what you're going through. Start with what feels closest to where you are right now.

Offering Individual Therapy Sessions both in-person (Cherry Creek, Denver, CO) and virtually via secure telehealth.

$175 per session | Sliding scale option available upon consultation

WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE?

Maybe this feels familiar.

Your experience doesn't have to fit neatly into a category. These are simply a few places our work together might begin.

Two Women Chatting

When you're carrying a loss.

Maybe someone has died. Maybe you're anticipating a loss. Maybe a relationship, role, dream, or part of your life has ended.

You don't have to rush toward acceptance or “moving on.” There is space to understand what you've lost and what it means to you.

GRIEF · ANTICIPATORY GRIEF · RELATIONSHIP LOSS · RITUAL

When you're carrying everyone else.

You love the people you care for, but that doesn't mean caregiving isn't complicated.

Love can exist alongside exhaustion, resentment, guilt, fear, responsibility, and grief.

Your experience deserves space too.

CAREGIVER SUPPORT · BURNOUT · AGING PARENTS · END-OF-LIFE

When life no longer fits the same.

Maybe nothing catastrophic happened. You simply know something is changing: your relationships, body, family, career, identity, priorities, or understanding of yourself.

This can be a place to ask the questions you haven't had room to ask.

LIFE TRANSITIONS · IDENTITY · MIDLIFE · MEANING · PURPOSE

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER CAN LOOK LIKE

We can start with where you are.

Our work may include conversation, reflection, mindfulness, somatic awareness, values exploration, ritual, or practical tools depending on what feels useful to you.

There isn't a checklist you need to complete or a version of yourself you need to become.

“This isn't about fixing you. It's about creating space to understand yourself more deeply.”

My approach is relational, contemplative, meaning-focused, and grounded in the whole person.

NOT SURE WHERE YOU FIT?

That's okay. You don't have to have that all figured out before reaching out.

Start with a conversation about what you're experiencing and whether Good Grief Wellness feels like the right fit.
